Specimen Processing Instructions:
Allow serum to clot. Centrifuge serum or plasma at 1100-2000 g for a minimum of 10 minutes.
Transport temperature:
Refrigerated (preferred). Room temperature or frozen specimens also acceptable.
Specimen stability:
Room temperature: 3 days. Refrigerated: 7 days. Frozen: 7 days.
Rejection criteria:
Stability limits exceeded.

0 - <1 yr: <49
> 1 yr: Male: 10-50. Female: 10-35.
Alert limits:
Above 500 U/L.
